Ley Road Reconstruction from N. Wayside to Mesa Road

Scientech is the Prime Consultant on this project for City of Houston with Metro funding. The project consists of reconstruction of a two lane asphalt road with open ditches to 4 lane concrete Boulevard with continuous left turn lane for about 1.6 miles. The duties included ROW, extensive coordination with adjacent TxDOT railroad grade separation that this project had to tie into, construction bridge type box culverts over an HCFCD ditch, ditch improvements for increased capacity to accommodate the new roadway, major water, storm, sanitary utility adjustments and reconstruction, TCP, SWPPP, traffic studies, improvements to three (3) signalized intersections, hydraulic analysis and report were among many tasks performed for this project.
