Minnetex Place, Engineering Feasibility Study (EFS) City of Houston, SWMP program

Scientech worked as a Prime to the City of Houston Storm Water Management Program (SWMP), for the Minnetex Place Project Feasibility Assessment (PFA). he hydraulic properties for the project consist of roadside ditches, driveway culverts, street conveyance, and overland flow.

The project investigated, verified, and defined the reported storm drainage problems, structural flooding, and hydraulic capacity for the project area.  The development of a hydrodynamic storm water drainage model (SWMM) was developed for existing and proposed conditions.  Each alternative was evaluated for its effectiveness, impacts, constructability, and costs.
